Overlooking the sparkling Atlantic Ocean, Riva offers memorable meals which cater to every taste. Start the day with our hearty breakfast buffet and return for lunchtime favorites such as conch chowder and succulent burgers. Journey to Italy at dinner, with specialties such as our signature dish, Rigatoni Bolognese with red wine braised beef tenderloin, San Marzano tomato, finished with cream and butter; or Tomato Pesto Grilled Salmon with caponata, mascarpone risotto, asparagus and saffron aioli; or New York Strip with grilled new potatoes, Barolo jus and rapini.
